ATLANTA - It will be another frost morning with the threat of some freezing temps again.  Cold air is in place right now.  With clear skies and calm air overnight, any warmth from the sun this afternoon will radiate into the atmosphere replaced with cold air.

The freeze warning covers areas north, west, and southwest of Atlanta.  It's in this area that we saw some temps that made it to freezing this morning.  Cartersville was 30 degrees, Peachtree City was 31,  Rome was 32, and West Atlanta was 32.  The official low this morning at Hartsfield-Jackson was 36.

Temps will be slightly higher tomorrow morning in Atlanta.  We expect an official low of 41.  To the east of the city, we have the potential for frost to develop again.  The clear skies, calm air, and moisture in the ground will all combine for frost formation.  The potential for freezing temps and frost will mainly be between the hours of 4am and 9am.
